Full size range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishwasher. Place settings for 8 people. Various pots and pans included. Kitchen table seating for 8 people. Large set of windows with river view.

Two full baths located downstairs -- one accessed from the hall, the other from the master bedroom.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom with a full size bed on first floor allows you to view the river from a large window. It includes a separate full bath. Small bedroom on first floor has a pull out sleep sofa that converts to a twin bed.
Large bedroom located on second floor with a full size bed and spacious seating area. This has wonderful views of the river and mountains.

Laundry Area
Complete laundry center located in the basement that includes full size washer and dryer. Basement has a "walk-out" that leads to the river.

Deck
Large deck on two sides of the property which allows views of the mountains and river. Deck furniture, including a large patio table, seats eight. A gas grill is also provided for our guests.
