We had a wonderful time! The kids were asking us to buy this house – If it is for sale – we will consider it! My husband caught two small fish and a catfish, out on the canoe dock. Had s’mores one night and walked around the neighbors and had such a great time with the kids touching the cattle. This will definitely not be the first or last time at the River Basin, we will be back! Yina

What a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing weekend we have shared here at River Haven - Nice, quaint cabin with everything we needed and weather made to order - it wasn't about not catching many fish but the fact that we shared much laughter and made memories about crossed lines and snaggled tree limbs - fisherman out on the river were sweet and all stopped to wave and wish us luck; friendly people every place we visited. To all who get the pleasure to spend some time here may your stay be as blessed as ours was- enjoy your time here and share lots of laughter and love.

We had a wonderful time at your cabin. We were warm and cozy through some thunderstorms Friday. Our 7 year old twins created a club in the loft - no boys allowed (except for Daddy!). Saturday was beautiful and sunny - great for a trip to Luray Caverns then some fishing from the dock. You've stocked the cabin with so many amenities, it truly is a home away from home. We hope we can visit again during the summer!

We had a blast! Didn't catch any fish but paddled from Elkton and down to the 340 bridge. Beautiful spring weather let us spend everyday outside. We saw the sunrise from Hawsbill Peak. Awesome burgers, chicken and dumplings, breakfast at The Coffee Pot - nice people. Anyway back to the real world. Thanks!
